Before embarking on a career in real estate, Amelia experienced enormous success in retail where she rapidly progressed from the sales floor to management. Coupled with a natural aptitude for design, she decided that real estate was a more natural fit for her well-developed customer service skills and desire for a more challenging career.
Having commenced with a position in Marshall White One’s rental department in 2011, Amelia now has many years experience in the industry and is a business development manager for Marshall White One listing and leasing. She is a hardworking and dedicated team member who was awarded the 2014 Rising Star Award and the 2015 Property Manager Excellence award for the Marshall White Property Management division. Amelia was also recently a finalist in the Real Estate Network for results in Bunnien Development.
Amelia is meticulous with her intimate portfolio that consists of properties in the Bayside and Port Phillip municipalities. She takes great pride looking after each property as though it were her own. With a personable nature and excellent communication skills, she is able to establish an instant rapport with her clients. Passionate, determined and thoroughly organised, Amelia’s clients can rest assured that she will always go that extra mile on their behalf.
In her spare time, Amelia loves going to the beach when the weather is warm and is always looking forward to planning her next trip overseas.
Again, thanks for everything you have done for me Amelia. I have been very impressed with your responsiveness and “can-do” attitude. It has made the process seamless. Very happy with the rental result as well. I have also conveyed this to my Buyer’s agent who will likely recommend you and the MW team to their future clients. Cheers, Chad.
I'm the owner of 7 properties that have recently been leased by Marshall White's leasing agent Amelia Falvo. I'm writing to commend Amelia's work in getting these units leased, under difficult circumstances as its a brand new block, Amelia went above and beyond the typical duties of a leasing agent by getting involved in helping me line up the defects in building 140 Hotham St, which is still ongoing. This involved after hours communications when matters were pressing, dealing with the builders directly and meeting them to point out defects and find solutions in getting them resolved, which demonstrated that she was not only passionate in providing new tenants with a comfortable and defect free living environment, but also cared to provide myself being the client with the peace of mind of knowing that builder defects as well as teething issues which are expected in new blocks are not going unnoticed. I will be requesting to have Amelia be my agent for all my leasing needs moving forward, and I'm not sure if she has considered but she would also make a great selling agent.
